What a gem of a hotel! Beautifully decorated with spacious rooms and comfy beds. The location is perfect for exploring local shops and bars. While some staff interactions could be improved, overall, the amenities and the views really make it worth the stay!

the location was great, just a pleasant stroll away from perth concert hall. there were shopping malls and a market around the hotel. there were extremely comfy beds and an electronic key card, tea/coffee making equipment and a work desk in the double room. i was offered a hot and great breakfast with hotter hot items and the rancid butter, as for instance.

I had to keep asking daily, but they'd never restock. It felt like such a basic expectation for a supposed luxury hotel.

The buffet breakfast was fantastic! Freshly baked pastries and a chef whipping up eggs made mornings special. The only downside was the coffee maker in the room had no instructions. A lovely stay 😊

The lobby's calming waterfall and natural light create a lovely atmosphere. The spacious areas are both elegant and navigable.
Soft lighting in hallways would be nice.

Excellent service from the experienced staff.
I encountered several issues with housekeeping. While the room was cleaned beautifully most days, there was one occasion when it wasn't done properly. We found that only the towels were replaced, and essential items like toilet paper and coffee provisions were overlooked, disappointing.

will definitely go again next time
Breakfast had freshly baked croissants and a selection of organic juices which were very nice. The pool area was awesome, even though it didn't have a dedicated shallow section for my kids. My family stayed in a spacious Beautiful Double Room with two double beds, with a tv, private bathroom, and electric kettle. The fitness center had all the right equipment.
